A little clarity

Your questions,
considered.

Do I need a medical qualification to become an owner?
A non-clinician may be able to own a management services organization (MSO) that provides permitted administrative support to an independent physician-owned practice. This depends on state law and the approved structure. Clinical oversight alone does not authorize non-clinician ownership of a medical practice. Healthcare counsel must review the proposed arrangement; this is general information, not legal advice.
What training is planned, and how long does it take?
The proposed program includes online learning, classroom and practical training, and opening-readiness coaching. The curriculum, duration, attendance requirements and costs are still being developed and must be confirmed in the FDD and final agreements. Clinical training and sign-off remain with appropriately qualified professionals.
Will I receive an exclusive territory?
Territory protection has not been finalized. Any protected area, exclusions and reserved rights must be described in FDD Item 12 and the franchise agreement. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a territory.
How long will it take to open?
There is no confirmed opening timetable. Site selection, lease negotiations, construction, equipment, staffing, training and state approvals all affect timing. We would discuss a location-specific plan after reviewing your circumstances.
What is the investment, and is financing available?
Contact us for investment details. Initial investment, fees and any financing arrangements must be confirmed through the applicable FDD and final documents. Financing is not promised, and no earnings or return projections are provided here.
What happens after I request information?
The team can follow up to learn about your goals and preferred region. Any franchise offering depends on applicable state requirements. Where legally available, the FDD must be delivered at least 14 calendar days before a binding agreement is signed or payment is made.
